Built c.1989 and was then the tallest building in Adelaide. It was initially designed as a 40 storey tower (ten floors higher) with a lighting tower, however the ten storeys were disallowed by the Department of Civil Aviation (Roach and Sellick to McDougall June 2008)
Was later known as Santos House, then Westpac House.
